Mitsu is fairly quiet and reserved, but is incredibly kind to those he gets to know. He may look like a pacifist, but in battle, he's one of the strongest allies you could have. Mitsu grew up in New Tokyo, not far from the ruins of the old Tokyo. He is always a good listener or has a shoulder to cry on. Mitsu seems very innocent and nieve, but in actuality, he has a lot of good advice for those who will listen.
