yes, due to circumstances beyond our control, there was no update on Thursday... ah well, here today you get the lovely "lets make fun of Shin" page...

OOooooh have i mentioned lately that i *HATE* Kinko's? Mere words cannot describe my utter loathing of that establishment. I think I have yet to go to one and receive what might be considered as "Customer Service," but the other day's escapades were far worse than the norm. first of all the girl that took my order(print 6 pictures) misspelled Copy... that should have been my first hint... next, they told us it would be 15 minutes till they were done. (Neffie came too, she just had ONE thing to print though.) So after I get my order taken, the manager-type lady is giving me krusty looks across the counter and even said to me, "have you been helped?" in this TONE... yes, there was a tone to it... so, to print my order, i have to give them my flash drive portable usb thingy(in non-computer people terms, it's like a mini hard drive that you can carry around and plug into almost any computer) so that they can retrieve the pics. So i give them that and sit around and wait.... and WAIT... about 35 minutes later they get neffie's order done. 35 minutes to print of one freakin' page?! what the crap? So I go up to see how things are progressing. the girl that took my order says "it'll just be a little longer." and the manager turns and gives me yet another nasty look. so i tell neffie to go ahead and wait in the car since it'll just be a little longer. So, since the lady said it would just be a little while, i'm standing around near the counter to wait instead of wandering the store or sitting. the manager keeps looking over and giving me these nasty looks. so THEN 5 minutes later... the guy in the back that was working on the projects drops the prints on a table in the back and says, "they're done!" rather loudly. the manager lady is the ONLY other person near the register at that time, so i walk over to the register, thinking that she'll help me. Does she? noooooooo. she decides to help this other couple instead. 10 minutes later she finishes with them and i'm still standing by the counter. instead of putting 2 and 2 together and realizing i need to check out, she turns to leave!! So i say, "UM, I'd kinda like to pay for my stuff so I can go." To which she turns around and is like, "huh?" and i'm like, "it's been sitting there for quite a while. can i purchase it so i can leave?" and she's like, "oh, I'M sorry, I didn't realize!" ...whatever... so she rings up the order and i leave, ASSUMING that my hard drive is in the bag. (it's really tiny, like smaller than a pack of gum). I get a block away before neffie says, "the hard drive isn't here." and i'm like, "what?" So we turn around and head BACK. Neffie runs in to get it. another 5 minutes later she returns and says the manager was like, "no, we gave it back already." so neffie was like, "check the project bag that they took our order with." and the lady is like, "it's not gonna be there." but she checks anyway... low and BEHOLD! It was there, in the TRASH!!! STUPID LADY!! Stupid Kinkos!! argh! so yeah, that's my kinkos story...

Next on the agenda... I saw "White Noise" today! It was creepy and weird! woo!

Mika is trying to overcome Shin's control of darkness over Astaroth with flowers. Way to be strong girl! I'm telling you, flowers should work every time! But Shin's evil must be stronger than I thought. I mean he's just a pretty boy seriously how evil can he be? But apparently evil enough to overcome flowers....
