Honestly - a term my roommate uses when someone does or says something stupid.

Has anything ever happened to you or have you ever seen anything that made you think, "What in the world was that person thinking?" Oh boy, has it EVER happened to me.

Our little pokemon inspired intro has caused some viewers to email us with questions, mainly about that yaoi line. (The rabid yaoi fangirls need to be stopped with the spammers.. but it just didn't fit with our little rythm.) If you're not clear - then ask, right? I love that - but only when it's done logically. And one of us will email a reply to clear up the confusion.

But everyonce in awhile we get emails that defy logic.

We received an email due to the line "To spray with Febreeze the funk of gamers." I know what you're thinking, why on earth would that line upset anyone?

Congratulations, You've recieved the "Huh?! Terazuma" award

Her and a friend were upset because this line obviously meant we didn't like female gamers. ....um... ok. Our very own Pan Pan is a gamer - but let's ignore that for the moment. Gamer funk is just a fact of life, deal with it - HONESTLY!!!. We don't say every gamer has funk- but it exsits. But what really made me go "Huh?!" was that they preceded to pick apart tYCHou's art from high school, which was in the "Crap"gallery with a warning that said 'it's crap because it was done in high school'. Secondly, that gallery isn't even a part of this page! After we replied to this email, we received another email from her to apologize - which was a good gesture - BUT, she apologized with excuses. The main excuse? Some kid at the arcade made a comment about girls not being able to play videogames. ...yeah. This definately deserves the 'huh?! Terazuma'

This email is a real piece of work. The September BOM, Hiro, from Gravitation upset this person.

Congratulations, You've recieved the "You've GOT TO be kidding! Terazuma" award

This email is full of assumptions due to tYCHou's opinion on Gravitation, which basically consists of bad animation, bad story telling, false angst, and etc. Let's tackle the main assumption. "What have you against homosexuality?" For one thing, we never said we have anything against homosexuality. In fact at the very beginning is says, "(we) do not have a problem with same sex pairings that are officially in the story." Now I'm going to follow the logic of the author, but in order to do that I have to forget that we typed that quote above - because s/he obviously did. Now let's continue this logic: 1. tYCHou's opinion of gravitation was not all praise, THEREFORE she does not like Gravitation. 2. tYCHou hates Gravitation, THEREFORE all of Fem~Gri~La hates Gravitation. 3. Fem~Gri~La hates Gravitation, THERFORE they hate homosexuals. ..um... ok. Let's continue this thought - Fem~Gri~La hates hentai, so does this mean we hate heterosexuals? What does that leave us with? Animals? Well then - tYCHou likes kitties, Kime likes monkeys, Pan pan likes pandas, No-chan likes horses, and I, Nie-chan, like tigers (for obvious reasons.. roar!) Wait. If there were animes or mangas with animal "relations" we wouldn't read or watch them either. Fine take our animals away! Now we're left with nothing. Please tell us, what is there for us? "Yuki's mean, but I bet you never took the time to figure out why!" ......... So, if someone has a bad past that entitles them to be mean? What is society coming to now a days? Comment on email: I found it interesting that the author was upset that tYCHou mispelled Suuichi's name, but there were too many spelling errors to count in this email. Hey, if you're going to yell at someone because they 'speld' something wrong, then at least spell 'spelled' right. Honestly!! This one definately deserves the 'You've GOT TO be kidding!! Terazuma'

This one happened in real life. There is a local Sci-fi con, which we help run the anime room at. This year we did more panels, which meant we needed to go to meetings. The meeting that took place two weeks after the con - to discuss how things went - was really scary. Let me share.

First of all, there is this guy that is very loud and has to comment on EVERYTHING. Throughout the meeting we discovered what he did for the entire convention. But, I digress. He griped about the Klingon Right of Ascension activity. He began to inform us that Klingon's mourn their fallen warriors by hollowing at the heavens, so the gods know to welcome a fine warrior into their midst. Blah blah blah blah.... howlling... blah blah blah blah.... becoming a warrior.... blah blah blah blah. These Klingons weren't howlling as a "warrior" went through the straineous and difficult right of Ascension. They were laughing! No Klingon would laugh. No actor would laugh. No Klingon would behave that way. I had to leave. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! What the HELL does that have to do with programming? WHY did you bring that up??!! What was the point?? Hate to break it to you, but they're not real klingons and they were laughing because they were having fun. Honestly! Yep, definately deserves the 'WHAT the HELL!!?? Terazuma'
