Vincent is a side character in the game Final Fantasy VII. He'll join your party of fighters after a little persuasion. You actually find the guy in a coffin in the basement of an old mansion, but he's not a vampire. He had lots of really creepy experiments done to him before the scientist (Professor Hojo) got tired of it and decided to lock him in a basement for almost 30 years. He finally agrees to join Cloud when he hears that Hojo is still out and about and experimenting on other people. Yay for revenge!

Pan-Pan: So... why Vincent? 'Cause he's hot? Well the first time I saw him he was a blocky little CG character in the game... If any of you have played it, the chibis in that game are not exactly... pretty. They're cute and all, but how cute can something that blocky be? The reason I first liked Vincent was because of his personality. You have to go out of your way to find him and then you get a lot of cool backstory on just how he came to be the way he is. Pretty cool. I was surprised in the backstory that the love interest didn't immediately fall for him, the hot guy. She picked the scientist and left Vinnie in the dust. Reason to angst, yes. The guy that the girl he liked ends up with does experiments on her and her unborn child. More reason to angst? OH yeah. Getting shot trying to STOP the professor from experimenting on her and ending up in a body that doesn't age and can change into creepy monsters. Big reason to angst? oh yes. But does he angst? Not as much as you might think. He looks the part of your average angsty goth punk, but he gets over it. He fights back and tries to make up for his mistakes in the past. Cool? Heck yeah. Plus he looks good dressed up in a suit or dressed down in his punk costume. A very versatile bishounen. Yay Vincent!

Nie-chan:

Ty-chou: Well, as some may know, I don't know much of Final Fantasy. But Pannon was nice enough to tell me a bit about Vincent. That he loved, not wisely, but a bit too well. Poor Vinnie. I don't know him well, but if I see that skank that screwed him over, I'll totally clock her one.

Kime: Ha cha cha!! Woohoo! Vincent is hot! He's a freakin' ninja/vampire!! That's like Kakashi and Hunter D rolled into one tastey beefcake!! I think that he's an awesome pick Pannon!! *pokes No-chan* He was designed by Amano who designed Vampire Hunter D. I think he would count even if he wasn't in the movie cause he was designed by someone who's huge in the anime/manga world. Great choice, Puddin'!!!

No-chan: *shakes her fist at the Pannon!* You're lucky he's in that movie, and not just the game! grr..
