Tsuzuki from Yummy...I mean Yami

	Name: Asato Tsuzuki Series: Yami no Matsuei (Descendents of Darkness) the manga is done by Matsushita Yoko and is running in the Hana to Yume Birthdate: February 24, 1900 (during the Meiji era) Birthplace: Tokyo Eye color: Purple Hair color: Brown (in the anime) Black (I believe in the manga) Likes: FOOD, well sweets!!!!! (In fact he gets spellbound by sweets, he even dreams of them.) He likes to cook, but he isn't really that good. Dislikes: People stealing his food, because the grudge of food runs deep! He doesn't like seeing people get hurt.
Information: Tsuzuki is a Shinigami (the most powerful-but he doesn't realize that). He has a care-free attitude and went through many partners before Hisoka, Hisoka is his current partner. He carries a burrden of guilt from his work and from his past. He has many Shikigami-he can summon 12-, but the ones he uses in the anime are Suzaku, Byakko, and Tohda. Tsuzuki also uses Fuda magic. When he is really angry, Tsuzuki reveals another very fiercesome energy of unknown origin. He's worked as a Shinigami in the Shokan Division for the past 71 years. Not much is known about his past before he became a Shinigami. What is known is that when he was still alive, Tsuzuki was often persecuted because of his purple eyes. He desparately wants to be 'human' and that may be his reason for becoming a Shinigami. He did have a sister (her name was Ruka) who taught him to dance and to cook! Tsuzuki died when he was 26 and little is known about his life but that he spent sometime in hospital as an adult, alternating between periods of insanity and sanity.

Well I know anime Tsuzuki, and a little bit of manga Tsuzuki, so I got most of the information for his bio from theria.net. I don't know where the picture came from it was on a cd that I got from Pan~pan, but I had to modify it a bit....I don't want Muraki in the bishy of the month pic too! I wanted just Tsuzuki!! Do you need to even ask why I picked Tsuzuki? Look above!! I found Yami no Matsuei about a year ago (I think) yeah, I loved it! It was beautiful, not to mention Tsuzuki was beautiful as well. He is just so sweet, always wanting to help, and how could you turn away someone that goes puppy? How can you? It is impossible!! I tell ya impossible!! Please enjoy June's bishounen! He's just so darn purdy! I remember back last year when Nie-chan bought it, and she and Kime and I had a Yami-fest and watched it at Kime's house.. we watched about half of it before we went to bed, but were all getting SOOOO sleepy so we decided to sleep, and then when we finally woke up in the morning, we were hungry, and wondering what we should eat, and from the depths of Kime's sleeping bag we hear, "Yami no MatSUUUEEEIII!" hehe.. Needless to say, we had to finish watching that, first. But through the whole thing we were, and still are, truly amazed at how beautiful the character designs are, and how wonderful their beautiful glowing bright eyes are! And I totally agree with ya, Nie-chan.. how can ANYONE turn down cute Puppy Tsuzuki? Kime: me-OW!! Yum Yum Tsuzuki. Such a great piccy of him, too. I love Yami No Matsuei. I've only ever seen the anime, but I love it. The animation style is so beautiful and I really love the way the animators colored the eyes of the characters. The story is awesome and you have to love Tsuzuki's puppy moments! Especially when it comes to sweets!! He reminds me of Nie-chan. They both get excited when you mention pie!! hehehe . . . Pan Pan: Yay Tsuzuki! Yami no Matsuei is such a pretty anime and yes, the eyes especially! They use a really pretty vivid purple for his eyes and it's just soooo...drool. um anyway, he is so so so cute when he turns chibi and gets little puppy ears and a tail! A very good pick for the month Hentai Nie-chan! Ty-Chou: Okay, one more time. Gotta love Tsuzuki. He's so cute, especially when he goes all puppy. But all the guys in Yami (yummy) no Matsuei are way hot and gorgeous and I want to learn how to draw like that someday! But yes, we love Tsuzuki and that ugly, stupid Miraki needs to leave him alone!
